How to read the results
- Spot on means the object is within 3% of your measurement.
- Very close means within 10%.
- About right means within 25%.
- The yellow bar shows each object against the ruler above.
- The black line marks your measurement, so you can see what sits over and under it.

Why objects beat numbers

Each figure is a typical size for a standard version of that object. Real items vary slightly by brand and model.
Can I search in centimetres?
Yes. Switch the unit to cm, mm, metres, inches or feet at any time.
What if nothing matches?
Switch the category back to All. A narrow filter can leave nothing near your measurement.
